- The first step is understanding your service expectations.
- Using a Comparable Market Analysis to accurately price your property.
- Officially listing your property.
- Using Market Target Advertising;
- Enter your home into the Multiple Listing Service. This allows your information to be available to over 600 agents in approx. 120 offices.
- Placing a sign on your property with an attached flyer box. Inside will be flyers with pictures and remarks about your home for instant information to potential buyers.
- Information packets left inside the house for other agents to pick-up during showings.
- Real Estate Magazines
- Local Newspapers (Interlake, Mountain Trader)
- Email marketing allows me to email pictures and information to other agents & potential buyers.
- Exposure on the following web sites:
- Internal (Prudential) presentations
- Hosting open houses
